From 22 July until 03 September we charge a cleaning fee of 150 euro (Cleaning, Laundry, new sheets)
We kindly ask for a damage deposit collected in cash at check-in and returned at check-out after a walk-through.

Additional information:
We don't hold on to fixed check-in or check-out times. We'd gladly hear what's convenient for our guests and you can check-in by yourself via a key-locker with a digitcode wich we will send on arrival.
During the garden festival weeks, different prices apply:
-Basic price of 140 Euro/Night wich includes the downstairs with 2 bedrooms (4 persons), kitchen, bathroom an livingroom.
-You can add up to 4 extra people by using the upper 2 bedrooms. 25 Euro/person.
